Siradel announces two new Research Projects partnerships

With Innovation and Research at the heart of its vision and development, Siradel has recently announce participation in two collaborative Research projects leveraging 5G capabilities with the objective to address new use cases and deliver enhanced connectivity.

Covera5Ge

The Covera5Ge project gathers ENENSYS Technologies, Centrale Supelec and DGA (Direction Générale de l’Armement) to work on 5G private network deployment for various applications (e.g. Public Safety, venues, etc.).
The partners will collaborate on the development of innovative and efficient approaches relying on 5G broadcast and multicast technologies to help guaranteeing an efficient, reliable and sustainable connectivity to support new use cases.

The 5GSmartFact project is a EU-funded project aiming at studying and optimizing 5G networks to fulfill the industrial IoT requirements, and thus participate in the deployment of smart factory applications with enhanced automation and better connected robots. 5GSmartFact is relying on a European consortium of academia, research centers, companies in 5G and factory automation, under the coordination of UPC (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya). As part of the Marie-Slodowska-Curie (MSCA) innovative training networks (ITN), the project will enroll early-stage researchers (ESR) into an ambitious training and research program across Europe.

In this perspective, Siradel recruits a research associate with missions detailed here. More info about the project here.
